Courier Service

Here at The Bloomish Eden, we love the gift of surprise! Courier service has been made available island-wide* for all edens purchased with The Bloomish Eden.
Orders of edens amounting to $55 and above will be entitled to free-delivery island-wide*. 
Delivery charges for the courier services of edens below $55 will amount to $15 per order.

Kindly note that courier services during peak periods (i.e., selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day) may incur additional charges. The Bloomish Eden will do our best to meet your delivery requests, but in the event of invalid delivery location, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the paid amount to the customer.

*The Bloomish Eden’s courier service extends island-wide, except to the following locations:
Tuas area
Penjuru
Sembawang Shipyard
Jurong Island
All Army Bases
All PSA Ports
Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area.

 

receiving delivery

Do kindly ensure the recipient or a representative is present at the delivery address during stipulated date and time frame selected for delivery. If no recipient or representative is available to receive the blooms, the courier will call the recipient and / or the sender for further instructions.

In the case of both not being contactable via telephone within 15 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be left at a reception / front desk, or at the door. The Bloomish Eden will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.

rescheduling delivery

In the event of a late / failed delivery, The Bloomish Eden will not accept responsibility in the case(s) of:  

  1. Incorrect address given
  2. Intended recipient not present
  3. No valid means of contact
  4. Delays from building management/security


In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a $15 re-delivery charge. To request for rescheduling of delivery for your order, please do so at least 24 hours before the previously submitted courier arrangement. Contact us at 8198 9292 or thebloomisheden@gmail.com.

However, kindly note that the rescheduled delivery slot is subjected to availability of The Bloomish Eden’s scheduling. In the event of an unavailable re-scheduling of your order’s courier, either party (sender / recipient) may opt for self-collection of their eden(s) at no extra charge.

self-collection

Customers may opt to collect their bouquets at no extra charge. Collections will be made at Tanah Merah MRT Station Exit B (920 New Upper Changi Rd, Singapore 467356).

Kindly text in to 81989292 at least 24 hours in advance of your prior delivery arrangement should you wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
