making payment with us

For all orders of our edens placed through our website, text or WhatsApp, we are currently accepting online payment only via bank transfer, PayLah! and PayNow. Customers who order through Whatsapp can be sent an invoice for their order via email upon request. Upon receiving an invoice, customers may choose to pay by credit card, or by bank transfer.

Bank Transfer: 
Kindly use your Order ID as the payment reference and contact Michelle at 81989292 for the follow-up procedures on completing payment. Do remember to capture a copy of the receipt and WhatsApp to us as proof of your completed transaction.   

PayLah! or PayNow:
Kindly make your payment directly to +65 8198 9292 via PayLah! / PayNow with your Order ID as the payment reference. Upon successful payment, you will receive a text of confirmation from us. 

 

refunds & cancellations

Kindly note that we have a strict cancellation policy due to flowers being perishable in nature.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser will not be refundable.
