With just your basic wedding information, we’ll get in touch within 48 hours to better understand the vision you have for your special day.
Share with us all the details — we love learning more about you, your wedding vision, your favourite flowers & any other quirks unique to you.
discussion + quotation
We will chat with you and once we are in agreement of the direction we’d be taking with your flowers & the scope of services you require, we will provide you with a quotation and mood board tailored to you.
Aside from including a detailed price quote, we will include visual references (e.g., mood boards) when needed that will help illustrate flowers that are uniquely yours,
book your date + confirmation
Once the personalised proposal is confirmed (booking fee deposit + agreement to terms of service) , we will proceed to reserve your date with us.
Sit back, check ‘Find Florist’ off your to-do list! I’ll handle the rest of the details and we will communicate as needed for more details leading up to the day itself. If there’s anything else I can be of help with, we’re more than happy to be of service.

1 - 2 months prior
2 months: we will check in & continue to work closely to fine tune the details, concepts and an in-person meeting / site-recce can be arranged to fully customise the florals to your wedding needs.
1 month: quotation will be finalised and the balance amount of the revised quotation will be payable to proceed.
Wedding Day!! Stress Free!! We’ll have everything already lined up to be executed exactly as discussed. Relax and take the time to soak in the beautiful big and small moments of your day.

We only have a minimum spend of $3.3K set for venue florals that require set-up.
For personal flowers, there is no min. spend set but our bridal bouquets start from $380.

It is highly recommended to start enquiring 6-12 months before your wedding date.
For a full project (personal flowers & venue flowers), where we take you through the full process from ideation, moodboards and/or sketches, the minimal lead time would be 6 - 8 months before your date. For only personal flowers (bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, posies, etc.), a good lead time would be 4 - 6 months ahead of your wedding date.
Important to note for ‘hot dates’ :
If your date is pretty popular (by auspicious standards / nice date numbers like 10.10) an early start on enquiring is essential as those get booked out as early as 10-12 months ahead.

For personal flowers amounting to < $1500, a non-refundable full payment is required to book the date.
For personal flowers amounting to > $1500 and venue flowers, a non-refundable booking deposit of 40% is required to book the date with us.
After the floral details are confirmed and quotation is finalised, about 1 month out from the AD, the balance will be due.
