what’s next?

The Process

  • Complete the short form above with the basic information to get us started, such as the event date, location and guest numbers. Within 48 hours, you will get an email response from me.

  • After you’ve filled in the inquiry form, I’ll be in touch via email to let you know if I’m available for your event date. If needed, we can schedule an online consultation to connect and chat for abit more about your dream vision and floral requirements.

  • After the consultation, I will create an initial quotation and mood board tailored to your needs. The quote will have an itemised design pricing, as well as the design, labour, delivery, set up and teardown costs where applicable. The visual mood board will serve as the reference for your colour palette and aesthetic. It will also showcase examples of the designs for your event.

  • Once the quote and mood board are approved, I will send over a contract along with the payment information. Upon signing of the contract and payment of the 40% booking fee, your event will be officially booked into our calendar!

  • Once I’m booked in as your florist, you can sit back and check that off your to-do list! I’ll handle the rest of the details and we will communicate as needed. I will check back in with you for more details leading up to the day itself and if there’s anything else I can be of help with, feel free to reach me via email or WhatsApp!
