For same-day and/or next-day deliveries, drop us a WhatsApp message at 8198 9292 to enquire if its possible. We will do our best to assist you but do expect more limitations in flowers.
Orders for bespoke edens and catalogue florals are to be made with at least 2 days advance notice. As we get the flowers fresh from the market for you, we want to avoid any disappointments in being unable to fulfil specific flower / palette requests.
Special Circumstances (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster, etc.)
In light of unique circumstances like a pandemic, we seek your kind understanding that more lead time will be required when placing your orders.
Also, with increased fluidity in supplies and shipment timelines, be reassured that whilst we do our best to ensure your requests are met, sometimes flowers pre-ordered do not arrive in time. In that unfortunate circumstance, we will make the next best substitution.

“Huh, not in stock, why?”
While we prioritise aesthetics, we also want to ensure we maintain the standard of placing only the freshest flowers into your hands.
Should the desired flower be out of stock / not in season, we will source and replace it with the next best alternative. All substitutions will only consist of blooms deemed to be similar / superior in aesthetics and value.
We do our best to cater to specific requests in flowers but we seek your kind understanding that the flowers will still be subjected to what is in stock at the market. As the fresh flowers we work with are shipped in from overseas, our selections of fresh blooms will still vary with the seasons, occasions and inspiration.
We will strive to present a consistent style and aesthetic close to the original vision. But we are hesitant to promise in delivering exact replica of bouquets. Not just because flowers all have their individual shades, tones and shapes (even within the same batch of harvest). But also, it is to allow our florists to exercise their creative judgment and freedom in working with new floral varieties.
