Everyday Orders Terms of Service

This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all everyday floral orders placed with The Bloomish Eden, including both fresh and lifelike silk arrangements. By placing an order, you agree to the policies stated below.

1. Ordering Policy

Advance Notice

  • Fresh florals: At least 2 days in advance.

  • Silk florals: At least 1 day in advance.

Need it sooner? For same-day or next-day orders, contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8198 9292). Availability may vary based on materials.

Customisation & Substitutions

We prioritise floral aesthetics and premium quality. If specific blooms are unavailable, suitable substitutions will be made, maintaining the overall style, palette, and value.

All arrangements are handcrafted; slight variations in flower placement, size, and proportion may occur. Silk flower products are clearly labelled; it is the sender's responsibility to review and understand the product before ordering. No refunds for dissatisfaction due to the product being faux if clearly stated at purchase.

We strive to fulfill your floral requests but kindly seek your understanding that exact replicas aren't guaranteed due to seasonal flower availability, individual bloom characteristics, and our florists' creative interpretation.

Seasonal or Supply Limitations

Unexpected events like natural disasters or supplier shortages may impact availability. We’ll inform you promptly and find suitable alternatives.


2. Courier Policy

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across most of Singapore, except:

  • Tuas, Penjuru

  • Sembawang Shipyard, Jurong Island

  • Army bases & PSA ports

  • Changi Airport & Cargo Complex

Delivery Time Slots & Charges

  • Free delivery: Orders above SGD $110 (9 AM - 5 PM).

  • Specific time slots: SGD $25 (9 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 5 PM).

  • Sentosa: Flat fee of SGD $30.

Peak periods (e.g., Valentine's Day) may have surcharges. Fees apply to both fresh and silk floral items.

Receiving Your Order

Ensure someone is available. If no one is reachable within 10 minutes, florals will be left in a safe place with photo proof. Any request for same-day re-delivery incurs a $35 fee. We’re not liable thereafter.

Self-Collection & Changes

  • Available upon request at our studio located in Tanah Merah (confirmed time required).

  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Re-delivery: SGD $35 fee.

Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)

In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, extreme weather, force majeure events), The Bloomish Eden shall not be liable for delivery delays or failure to fulfill orders. More lead time might be required for order processing or adjustments in such cases.


3. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal data is confidential, collected only to provide and improve services.

  • Payment information

  • Device/browser/IP data

Marketing & Mailing List

With your consent, we may:

  • Send exclusive updates, offers, inspiration

  • Provide early access to launches

You can unsubscribe anytime via email link or contact us at thebloomisheden@gmail.com. We never sell or share data.

Photography & Storytelling

We may photograph arrangements for our portfolio/social media, occasionally including your first name (never full details). For full privacy, notify us at checkout or via WhatsApp.


4. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Card via Stripe Checkout

  • PayNow / PayLah!

  • Bank Transfer

Provide your Order ID or mobile number as reference and confirmation screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Requirements

All orders must be paid in full before confirmation unless otherwise agreed.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

We balance fairness and protection of resources in our policy.

🌸 Fresh Floral Orders

  • Rescheduling: Not permitted (perishable).

  • Cancellations: Within 1 hour, if no work/materials purchased. Subject to approval. No refunds thereafter.

  • Missed Delivery/Rejection: Left in safe location, with photo. No refunds.

  • Damage: Report on delivery day with photo evidence. Handled case-by-case.

  • No refunds/exchanges for:

    • Personal taste

    • Perceived value

    • Style variations matching description

🌿 Silk Floral Orders

  • Rescheduling: Allowed with 24 hours’ notice, subject to courier.

  • Cancellations: Within 1 hour, if no production started. No refunds once production begins; store credit possible if materials sourced but work not begun.

  • Missed Delivery/Rejection: Left at safe location. No refunds.

  • Appearance/Damage Issues: Report on delivery day with photo evidence. Valid cases may receive store credit/replacement.

  • No refunds/exchanges for:

    • Personal taste

    • Perceived value

    • Style variations matching description

    • Switching silk to fresh post-delivery

    • Claims of unawareness that the product purchased was silk, provided this was explicitly stated on the product page and acknowledged via a checkbox disclaimer during the customisation step at checkout

Silk florals are bespoke or specially produced in limited quantities for seasonal or limited-edition collections. The longevity of silk flowers does not qualify them for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including seasonal collections. Seasonal or limited-edition items are marketed specifically for their promotional period, making resale outside that timeframe impractical. Store credit, if issued, remains valid for 3 months.
