OVERVIEW

Welcome to The Bloomish Eden. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below, along with our privacy policy and any other linked policies (like our Everyday Orders Policy).

We’ve written these terms in a way that’s easy to understand — because clear expectations make for beautiful experiences.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use this site. Please do not use our products or site for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

2. PRODUCTS & FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS

We offer both fresh and lifelike silk floral designs. All our pieces are handcrafted, which means no two will look exactly the same.

Photos are for visual inspiration. Substitutions may occur depending on availability, but we’ll always honour the overall colour palette and style.

If the arrangement is made of silk flowers, it will be clearly stated. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to misunderstandings about fresh vs faux.

Please read product descriptions carefully — or ask us anytime!

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • Fresh flowers: Please order at least 2 days in advance

  • Silk flowers: 1 day in advance is usually enough

We accept:

  • Credit card (via Stripe)

  • PayNow / PayLah! / Bank Transfer (screenshot required)

Orders must be paid in full to be confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion and may limit quantities purchased per customer or per order.

4. DELIVERY & RECEIVING

We deliver island-wide in Singapore (with a few exceptions: Tuas, Jurong Island, restricted areas).

If no one is home, we’ll leave the bouquet at a safe location and send a photo proof. At that point, the delivery is considered fulfilled.

Re-delivery may incur additional fees.

5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

We know life happens — but floral work is time-sensitive.

Fresh florals:

  • No rescheduling allowed

  • Cancellations allowed within 1 hour of ordering, if no work or materials have begun

Silk florals:

  • Can be rescheduled (24 hours’ notice required)

  • Cancellations allowed within 1 hour if no production has started

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:

  • Personal taste

  • Price perception

  • Style variation where the bouquet matched the description

  • Trying to switch between fresh and silk florals post-order

Silk flowers don’t expire — but they are still bespoke and handcrafted. Their longevity doesn’t qualify them for return.

6. PHOTOS, STORYTELLING & PRIVACY

We may share photos of your bouquet (because they’re beautiful!). Sometimes, we may include a first name (e.g. “For Sarah, who loves sunset tones...”) — never full names or addresses.

If you’d prefer not to be featured, simply let us know at checkout or via WhatsApp.

All personal data is handled with care. We’ll only email you marketing content if you’ve opted in.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including images, logos, and designs, is owned by The Bloomish Eden and cannot be used without our written permission.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. For the complete details, please see our Full Terms of Service.
